All Stories

The Noongar Land Enterprise Group (NLE) has released its 2025/26 Impact Celebration report, highlighting the collaborations and positive impact across Noongar Boodja over the past year.

The report celebrates the achievements of the past 12 months, while recognising that meaningful change is created through the collective efforts of NLE’s members, staff, partners, supporters and communities.

Working alongside 10 First Nations member organisations and a growing network of government, philanthropic, industry and community partners, NLE continues to create opportunities for Noongar people while supporting caring for Country and commercially sustainable enterprise.

Among the key figures highlighted in the report are 158 interactions with partners, government, industry and key stakeholders, 50 events, more than 50 employment opportunities and 37 instances of staff training and upskilling.

Collaboration is a central theme throughout the Impact Celebration. NLE describes its approach as working systemically across networks and organisational boundaries, recognising that collaboration is key to creating meaningful impact.

A highlight of the year was the Noongar Ranger Forum, hosted by NLE at Nanga Bush Camp. The first-of-its-kind gathering brought together 50 Aboriginal Rangers from 14 DBCA-funded ranger groups for three days of knowledge sharing, peer learning and discussion around caring for Country.

The report shines a light on the impact of NLE’s membership network, which has grown to 10 First Nations organisations working across Noongar Boodja.

The report also highlights NLE’s focus on creating safe, inclusive and meaningful employment opportunities.

The 2025/26 Impact Celebration is ultimately a reflection of the many people and organisations contributing to NLE’s journey. As the report acknowledges, the past year has not been without its challenges, but the breadth of activity and impact demonstrates what can be achieved through collaboration, connection and a shared commitment to Country.

As NLE looks ahead, the organisation remains focused on building on this momentum and creating positive economic, environmental, cultural and community outcomes across Noongar Boodja.
